This is a gorgeous Vintage Mid-Century Modern Mexican Terracotta Planter, hand-crafted around the 1970s–1980s. It features a bold, hand-carved botanical sunburst/sunflower relief pattern encircling the exterior, showcasing the beautiful artistry of vintage Mexican studio folk art pottery.
With its expansive 15-inch bowl shape and rich earthy red clay texture, this heavy-duty pot offers an incredible rustic patina. It is perfectly suited for succulents, cacti, or statement houseplants, seamlessly fitting into Mid-Century Modern, Bohemian, or Southwestern patio and home decors. It features one large drainage hole at the center bottom.

- Details: This item is in genuine vintage condition with beautiful outdoor weathered patina, minor mineral deposits, and soil residue. There is an incised handwritten signature/maker's mark on the bottom, but it is currently illegible due to natural weathering and age. There is a visible surface crack/shallow flake separation on the upper side of one carved flower design (as shown in Photo). This appears to be stable and does not structurally compromise the pot, but please review all photos carefully to assess the character and wear of this rustic piece.
