Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor signs of wear consistent with age.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a significant issue with your order (such as the wrong item being sent or significant damage not mentioned in the description), please contact us at info@oxox.me within 3 days of receiving your package. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
Damages during transit (Crucial) If your item arrives damaged, we will process a claim through the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the following evidence:

Photo Evidence: At least 2 photos each of (a) the exterior packaging, (b) the interior packing materials, and (c) the damage to the item itself. (A total of 6 or more clear photos are required).

Retention of Materials: You must keep the item and all original packaging materials until the carrier's refund is finalized (typically around 2 weeks).
Please note: We cannot issue a refund if the original packaging has been discarded, if the item has been used/altered, or if the 3-day inspection period has passed.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, as required by law.
