This is an authentic vintage agricultural wood crate from the historic G. W. Hume Company, a pioneering fruit and vegetable packer from California. This rectangular farm-style box features a classic bold boldface "HUME" stencil on one side. Built for heavy-duty field harvesting, it includes functional carved-out handle grips on both shorter sides and triangular wooden reinforcement blocks inside the corners. It offers a spectacular authentic weathered look, perfect for rustic farmhouse decor, industrial shop displays, patio herb gardens, or as a decorative planter cover.
