Vintage Thermos Black Dome Metal Lunch Box Leather Handle Miner Pail Antique
This is a highly collectible vintage 1920s-1940s dome-top (hump-top) metal lunch box/lunch pail, originally manufactured by companies like The American Thermos Bottle Co. representing a true piece of American industrial history. This classic pre-character era industrial lunchbox was a daily companion for factory workers and coal miners. It features an iconic black finish with white splatter/speckled paint accents, two heavy-duty secure front latches, and the very rare original leather handle. Inside the lid, the original wire brackets designed to hold a companion vacuum thermos bottle are fully intact. Perfect for rustic farmhouse decor, vintage kitchen displays, movie props, or unique camping storage!
