Exhibits a breathtaking, authentic aged outdoor patina born from decades of active garden life.
- Bottom/Drainage: There is a visible stress crack extending from the center drainage hole on the bottom. However, the thick-walled clay is structurally rock-solid, heavy, and stable; it will not split open or compromise the integrity of the pot under normal use with heavy soil.
- Surface: Natural exterior weathering, mineral/calcium deposits, light surface scaling, and minor scuffs consistent with age, adding to its rustic vintage character.
- Markings: The bottom features an incised maker's stamp. While partially faded, "IN USA" is visible on the upper portion and "POTTERY" on the lower portion.
