Vintage Studio Pottery Deep Bonsai Planter Cascade Caudex Pot Bark Signed KA 4

This is an exceptional vintage studio pottery deep planter, featuring a striking, heavy bark-like texture and a rich, rusty-brown earth-toned glaze. Standing at 9.25 inches tall, this deep-style pot is uniquely suited for Cascade Bonsai (Kengai) styling or dramatic, deep-rooted Caudex plants (such as Pachypodium or Adenium), succulents, and cacti.
The organic, wavy rim and asymmetrical Brutalist/Wabi-Sabi aesthetic create a powerful showcase for raw plant displays. Equipped with two drainage holes, it ensures proper soil health. The underside features a distinct, hand-incised artist's mark—a stylized monogram combining the letters "K" and "A", accompanied by the number "4".A beautiful, signed piece of mid-century style art pottery that brings a tactile, rustic element to any modern collection.
