Vintage Mexican Terracotta Planter Large Folk Art Flower Medallion Rustic 12"
Item Description
This is a rare and visually striking vintage traditional Mexican terracotta clay planter pot, showcasing a magnificent, heavily weathered organic patina. A true piece of Mexican Folk Art, this pot features classic primitive stamps that have beautifully softened over decades of exposure: geometric vertical lines along the top and bottom rims, a faint yet distinct flower medallion at the center, and traditional wedge/chevron accents flanking the floral motif.
The authentic red-clay construction has developed an incredible wabi-sabi character, heavily crusted with natural white efflorescence (mineral/salt buildup) and earthy garden staining. Features one original drainage hole at the bottom. This heavily aged piece is highly sought after by collectors of Southwestern, rustic, and rustic Mexican garden decor, offering an unmistakable vintage soul that reproduction pots simply cannot replicate.
