Vintage Mahogany Library Steps 3 Tier Bed Bedside Step Stool Saber Outswept Leg
DESCRIPTION
This is a handsome vintage solid mahogany 3-tier library step stool (also widely used as antique style bed steps), featuring exceptional craftsmanship and classic English traditional styling.
- Architectural Leg Design: The front supporting columns showcase elegant ring-turned and fluted details, perfectly contrasted by the two slender rear legs that gracefully curve outwards (outswept / saber style legs). This unique combination of leg styles adds a sophisticated lightness and authentic Regency flair to the overall silhouette.
- Elegant Profile: The sides feature beautifully contoured scroll-cut supports reminiscent of Georgian and Victorian eras, while the aprons are decorated with classic incised border lines, making it a visually striking piece from any angle.
- Versatile Function: While historically designed to reach high bookshelves in a manor or study, this piece doubles perfectly as a unique bedside step/nightstand, end table, or a multi-tiered plant and book display riser.
