This is a charming vintage/antique miniature Japanese pagoda-style hanging garden lantern (Toro) crafted from heavy cast iron. The four side panels feature a beautiful pierced openwork design depicting a bird nestled within flora.
It comes complete with its original wire hanging handle and features a removable, rotating circular bottom plate secured by screws for easy tea-light candle placement. When lit, the bird silhouette casts beautiful ambient shadows. Perfect for a Zen garden, patio decor, or as an Asian-inspired mid-century interior accent.
