Vintage Haitian Metal Art Sunflower Wall Sculpture Steel Drum Flower Sun Garden
Item Description
This is a striking vintage Haitian metal wall art sculpture, hand-crafted and embossed from a recycled steel oil drum. It features a bold, rustic design depicting a sunflower or sunburst motif with an eye-catching geometric spiral center.
Unlike flat tin signs, this artisan piece features a beautiful 3D curved/convex bowl shape where the central spiral extends forward, and the multi-layered petals gently slope backward, creating a dramatic 2.5-inch depth. The edges of every petal are meticulously hand-punched with stippled dot textures, casting gorgeous shadows when mounted on a wall or fence.
The entire piece has developed a gorgeous, natural rusted patina (rustic weathered look) over time, offering incredible depth and a timeless global-eclectic vibe. It can easily be hung using the openwork metal design near the top. An exceptional addition to both indoor living spaces and outdoor patio or garden decor.
