Vintage Continental Espresso Maker 6 Cup B&B Italy Aluminum Glass Moka Pot MCM

Up for sale is a wonderful mid-century vintage stovetop espresso maker (Moka Pot) branded "CONTINENTAL ESPRESSO" and manufactured by "B&B ITALY". Made in Italy during the 1970s to 1980s, this vintage piece perfectly combines classic Italian engineering with retro kitchen style.

Unlike traditional all-aluminum moka pots, this rare model features a heavy-duty aluminum boiling base paired with a thick, heat-resistant clear glass upper carafe. It allows you to watch the rich espresso beautifully brew and rise into the glass server. The glass is clearly marked with measurements from 2 to 6 small demitasse cups.

The bottom is authenticly stamped with "B&B ITALY" and the side of the glass reads "CONTINENTAL ESPRESSO". A perfect functional item for vintage coffee enthusiasts or a striking display piece for a retro/mid-century modern kitchen setup.

[ Material ]

• Cast Aluminum base, heat-resistant glass upper chamber, and heat-resistant black composite handle/knob.

[ Condition ]

• Very Good Vintage Condition: The glass carafe is excellent with no cracks, chips, or deep scratches, and the white measurement lines are crisp and completely legible.

• Metal Parts: Shows typical vintage patina, minor oxidation, and light water marks/mineral buildup inside the lower aluminum chamber from historical use (please refer to photos). No major dents or deep corrosion.

• Components: The handle and lid knob are tight and secure. The interior filter and rubber gasket show signs of age and use. As with all vintage coffee makers, replacing the rubber gasket is recommended if you plan on daily brewing. Sold as-is in authentic vintage condition.
