Vintage ANRI Wood Carved Mechanical Bottle Stopper Fighting Couple Brooms

A highly collectible and rare ANRI mechanical bottle stopper featuring a humorous "Fighting Couple." When the wooden pull-knob on the side is operated, the man and woman swing their brooms at each other in a frantic, comical motion. Hand-carved and hand-painted in Italy’s Val Gardena (Tyrol region), this piece is a classic example of mid-century ANRI whimsical barware. A fantastic centerpiece for any vintage collection.
