This is a rare, authentic 1920s-1930s Art Deco period industrial gooseneck lamp manufactured by the famous Aladdin Mfg. Co. in Muncie, Indiana (Model No. 0523). Crafted with a heavy cast iron base and a flexible gooseneck arm, this lamp features a unique dual-purpose design. The base includes a factory-made mounting hole just above the cord outlet, allowing it to be easily hung on a nail and utilized as a wall sconce/lamp, as well as a traditional desktop lamp. It features a gorgeous, authentic aged patina that brings true machine-age, industrial, or steampunk character to any space.

The flexible gooseneck remains stiff and holds its position very well. PLEASE NOTE: The lamp comes with its very old, degraded vintage power cord (not cloth-covered).
