This piece is in remarkably good vintage condition considering its 90+ year age. Sold as-is.

• Tiles: No major cracks or structural breaks. As expected with authentic period red-clay tiles, there are a few small cosmetic edge chips and some localized wear/loss to the original securing putty (grout). The glaze remains incredibly bright and glossy.

• Wood Frame: Shows a beautiful rustic patina with minor scuffs, age wear, and expected weathering to the finish that enhances its vintage charm.

• Structure: The joints are completely tight, and the overall construction is incredibly solid and heavy. There is a slight, minor wobble when placed on a perfectly flat surface, but it is structurally excellent and ready for daily use.
