Sale price$180.00

Note: "There are some damages. Please read below. The wooden stand shown in photos was used for display purposes only and is not included."

A finely crafted Blanc de Chine porcelain statue of Guanyin, produced at the Dehua kilns in Fujian, China. The figure stands on a lotus base, holding a lotus flower, in the serene style associated with traditional Dehua workmanship.

Size: 18.5"H × 5"W × 5"D (47 cm tall), approx. 5.6 lb
Material: Blanc de Chine porcelain (Dehua, Fujian)
Period: Republic Period, early to mid-20th century (c. 1920-1940s)

Condition:
The detachable right hand, often missing in similar figures, is still present — a rare feature.
Visible flaws include:
Chips to the tips of the right pinky and ring fingers.
Chip to the tip of the left pinky finger.
Approx. 1/4" chip to the underside of a large lotus leaf on the base.
One noticeable chip to a front flower petal.
Other small chips may exist but are not easily visible.

Overall good preservation considering its 80+ year age, with glossy glaze and fine details remaining intact.

Markings: Red stamped seal with the character "右" (right), likely a workshop/export mark used for production management.
