A rare and historically significant antique cast iron gas heater, known as the "Welsbach Kern Radiator," which was patented in 1897. It features intricate, ornate cast iron detailing and a ceramic tile interior with a beautiful crackle patina.
This item has not been tested for functionality, but it is a perfect decorative piece for a fireplace, or for industrial and steampunk-themed decor. Its historical charm, including dents, rust, and signs of wear on the ceramic tile, makes it an excellent conversation piece.
Condition:
- Front protective wire mesh is damaged.

Ceramic tile shows cracks and burn marks from past use.

One screw for securing the gas/radiator pipe is missing.
